We offer competitive pricing for folks looking to store a Boat, RV, or Trailer in the Tampa area. We are offering up discounts when you pay up front for the year with cash, check, or bank account transfer (No Credit Cards for Discounted Rates). See our pricing plans listed below. Long Term Storage

$4.00/ foot (LOA) Length Overall Per month

Additional Charges

Minimum amount charged for a storage spot is $109 per month if storing under 26’.

Access Card Deposit is $40.

24 Hour Access Card - $10 Per Month Additional

No RVs over 15 years old with out approval from WTS and a $1,500 security deposit.

First, second, and last months rent is required at contract date.

All RV’s, Boats and trailers must be insured.
